How cash, percent fish, and the wheel work

Compare flat earners with percent fish, then price the river boosts, offline cap, and wheel before you buy.

Two income models share the same pads. Flat fish pay a fixed cash amount every second. Percent fish pay a percentage of your single best flat fish. Buying a stronger flat anchor raises every percent fish at once. Selling or vaulting that anchor lowers them.

A payback check

Divide price by cash per second. A Turtle listed at 350 cash and 17.50 per second covers its price in 20 seconds if it stays on a pad and nobody steals it. A Sea Star listed at 100 cash and 5 per second takes the same 20 seconds. Use the payback calculator when the numbers are larger: enter the price, enter cash-per-second times 60 as cash per minute, and set the cycle to 1 minute.

Percent fish are not in that division. A 150 percent fish beside a flat fish worth 1,000,000 per second is worth 1,500,000 per second, but only while that flat fish remains the best earner on a normal pad.

River buttons

Boost Listed cost Effect
2x Fish Speed 100,000 cash Fish cross the river faster
2x Fish Spawn 500,000 cash, or 49 Robux in one listing Halves the gap between spawns for a short window

Guaranteed Mythic, Cosmic, and Deep timers appear on the interface. High server luck makes rare fish more common and can bury the common fish an early rebirth still needs.

Other cash

  • Offline earnings grow with rebirth. The cap starts as a few minutes and later entries list an hour, then two hours. The x2 Offline Limit pass is listed at 75 Robux and doubles that cap, not the fish themselves.
  • The x2 Money pass is listed at 399 Robux and doubles cash generation.
  • Joining the MY FISH FRIEND group and liking the experience, then confirming inside the game, is described as a 20,000 cash bonus.
  • The Wheel of Fortune near the tool store gives one free ticket after 30 minutes of continuous play. Tickets are not sold for cash. Listed odds are 50 percent for 5 minutes of cash, 25 percent for 30 minutes of cash, 18 percent for a 4-Leaf Clover that grants 10 minutes of 2x server luck, 4 percent to trigger Blizzard, 2 percent to trigger Blood Moon, and 1 percent for an Abyss or Cthulhu fish.

Steal from an open base only when the carry is safer than waiting on the river. A stolen fish pays you after it reaches your pad, and it can be stolen onward if your own shield is down.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you actually do in Steal A Fish?

Fish come out of a tunnel and travel a river conveyor. Press E to buy one with cash. It walks to an empty pad in your house and generates cash every second. Step on the green floor button to claim that cash. Other players can carry a fish away if your force field is down and the fish is not Unstealable.

Does rebirth delete the whole base?

Written guides current through October 19, 2026 say a rebirth removes only the cash and the exact fish named on that level. The rest of the aquarium stays. One July 2025 play video described a wider loss of stolen fish, so confirm the checklist on the Rebirth button before you confirm.

Why do some fish not show a flat cash-per-second number?

A percent fish pays a share of your single best flat-income fish. Hungry Deer is listed at 150 percent, The Moon at 160 percent, and Cthulhu at 250 percent. If that flat anchor is sold, stored in the vault, or stolen, every percent fish drops with it.

Where is the Fish Vault and does it make money?

The Fish Vault is on the top floor after a late rebirth. Fish inside cannot be stolen, and they also stop generating cash. Use it for rebirth ingredients and prizes, and leave your best flat earner on a normal pad.
